For starters consider I have no clue who these characters are but understand that with this I am unbiased. The line art is very clean and brisk like the strokes were all done very quickly. the colors are vibrant but I do suggest more tones if you want a better realism. The faces show great emotion and the pose suggest a sudden embrace that is quickly welcomed. The waists on both characters seem a bit thin, but I see no anatomy issues from there. Even considering that this is an anime style, the hair still seems a bit "spiky", you could possibly practicing quick curves, and care less about the tips, which, might I add, are very clean and precise in this drawing. I'm saying that the tips are good but the strands could flow more. It's a cute drawing and definitely thought provoking!
